How do I submit my photos and videos to you?

Photos and videos are shared via a third party app, accessible on desktops as well as all mobile devices.

How is my finished video delivered to me?

When I’ve finished your video, I’ll share it with you online. I can also upload to youtube and/or vimeo for you.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is two weeks. If I anticipate it will be longer than that, I’ll let you know before I begin your project. Can’t wait two weeks? Rush service is available.

We don’t want to share our videos publicly. Can you keep them private?

Respecting privacy is extremely important to me! My questionnaire includes a question about privacy preferences. Nothing will ever be shared without your permission.

How do you choose music?

My questionnaire asks your preference on music. You can choose a genre/mood, or you can even browse and choose a song from a selection of licensed music.

Can I make changes to the video you send me?

One round of revisions is included with each project. Revisions must be submitted within 3 days. If you desire additional revisions after that, an hourly fee will apply.

Can you use vertical video?

Yes, but keep in mind that video is meant to be horizontal. With vertical video, you’ll have black bars on either side of the screen. Sometimes I can use split screen or other effects, but the best practice is to shoot horizontal video to begin with.

Do you have any tips for getting quality video?

Yes, see tips here! But if you only remember one thing: hold your phone HORIZONTALLY! Say NO to vertical video.
